Have you ever dreamed of working on a feature film production?

Our paid trainings provide the skills, network and coaching you need to break into the film industry.

We accept students with zero film experience and rigorously train them on an independent feature film set. This experience transforms our students into valuable crew members ready to contribute on any production.

First, we lead students through a crash course that introduces them to the basics of film sets, roles and prepares them for set life. Next, students are given a paid position on a 4-to-5 week feature film shoot.

This film shoot provides our students with the specialized skills, professional network and financial boost they will need to begin a career in filmmaking, as well as their first IMDb-official film credit.

After the training, we will lead workshops and networking events that help our graduates take the next steps in their chosen career path.

Workshops will cover self-proprietor essentials such as opening an LLC, applying for an EIN, creating a website, and doing taxes. The career networking event will introduce our students to many of the employers and producers in nearby cities. We will also counsel graduates on associated industries they can also find employment in with their new experience, such as broadcast news and videography.

Pre-requisites: Strong Work-Ethic, Stable Contact Information,
Good Communication, Situational Awareness, Team-First Mindset, Dedication, Endurance for 60-80 hour work weeks.
